Decode the phrase above with Caesar cipher. As for the shift number, that can be bruteforced depending on what website you use.

The decrypted text is "JOHN ELEVEN THIRTYFIVE". The Bible verse (John 11:35) says, "Jesus wept".

Once enough people gave out the correct answer at the time this video was uploaded, GM revealed the Youtube link to the next stage.

Enable CC to get a hint on how to decipher the text above. Cpvctevke Vtgcva is also encrypted in Caesar, which is translated to "Antarctic Treaty". The text is in a A/B format, where "A" represents the nth word and "B" represents the nth letter of the word. Using The Antarctic Treaty as reference, start from "The Governments of..." to decrypt the text.

The phrase originates from Samson's riddle. The answer to the riddle is "What is sweeter than honey? And what is stronger than a lion?"

Just like the previous stage, you also had to comment the answer on the video and wait for the next stage to show up.

Around 0:11~0:12, a chart shows up for a single frame:

Using the chart above, the chess coordinates translate to "ZREO". The missing charatcer for the Google Form link is "0".

The pattern found across all previous videos is that they all last for 38 seconds (Youtube might display it as 37 or 39), which are the "two consistent digits".

Subtract the first from the second (8-3=5), then multiply it by the sum (5*11=55), and now you have the answer needed to complete the question.

On archive.org, search up "CL7-001" to find a document titled "T.O.R.A. - CL7 - 001" so it can be used as reference to decode the A/B cipher. GM said that he messed up with the writing process and made the document unusable. That isn't to say that this stage is completely unsolvable.

The "://" indicates that the phrase contains a link, so 11/2 = H, 2/1 = T, 29/1 = P, and 10/2 = S.

Keep in mind that GM usually starts his video with "hello web surfer", so 5/1 = E, 16/2 = L, 1/4 = O, 12/1 = W, 87/2 = B, 7/2 = U, 4/1 = R, and 49/1 = F.

We now know that the website likely has a ".org" ending, the last word should spell out "emperor", and searching up "l??hess org" leads you to a website called "lichess.org".

The last missing word requires some guesswork to figure it out, but it's "pawn".

Although this link is invalid, you can search up the name "The_Pawn_Emperor" on lichess to find the profile. Click on the profile's Youtube link to move on to the next stage. Playing chess with GM is not required.

Around 0:15, there's a split-second frame of a coordinate, which apparently points towards the Lincoln Monument Association. You're supposed to take this clue as an indication to use The Gettysburg Address to decipher the phrase above.

I couldn't make out the entire coords, so what I did was guess the first two words as "go to", ran every incomplete words through a Wordle tool, and narrowed down which A/B corresponds to which letter until I got the complete phrase.

Use Wayback Machine to find the Noble Public Adjusting Group website archived at July 3rd, 2013.

Start from "A Public Adjuster is the option..." and decipher the phrase above (ROBLOX).

Use the chess chart that was given previously to decipher the chess coords above (MENT).

Use the two deciphered words to obtain the completed link.

Note: You only need the game ID to locate the Roblox game, so finding "MENT" isn't required.

The T.O.R.A. Labyrinth Experiment

Once you join the game, you start at the middle of a maze. The quickest way to find the exit is to head to the nearest maze "outer" border wall and walk along the wall until you find the exit. Once you go through the exit door, you'll find a Youtube link written on a sign.

As soon as you enter the game, head to the door right next to you. Keep going straight until you find a white door. The code for it is "8888". Once you open the door, keep going while jumping over obstacles. At the end of the hallway there is a sign with a link written on it.
